Evaluate how responsibilities and authorities are assigned and delegated in the organization you selected for your course project. Include the following information:

  Discuss whether the organization has distinguished between responsibilities and authorities. Include the methods of documenting the responsibilities/authorities (job descriptions, procedures, policies, etc.). Describe the methods of communicating responsibilities and authorities to the workforce.
